My husband and I are in the process of moving to the country!

We’ve certainly enjoyed the perks of living in the city:

  1. Convenience- Oops, we’re out of milk again! Thankfully, Kroger is only 1/4 mile from the house. 🙂

  2. Couponing- We live within minutes of Kroger, CVS, Walgreens & Food Lion all of which are my favorite places to coupon.

  3. Events- My husband is in his final semester at LC! We’ve enjoyed attending free concerts close to our home.

However, with this conveniences comes sacrifice too:

  1. Distance from our immediate family and church family- I’ve greatly missed interacting with those of like and precious faith.

  2. Noise & lots of people versus fewer people and quiet.

Yes, moving will be lots of work but the rewards will be worth it!

What are your favorite things about where you live? Also, what are you packing/moving secrets?
